Lamb Shank Plate: Braised and seasoned with Greek spices

Combination Plate: Moussaka, Pastitsio, and two Dolmathes.
Gyro Plate: Tender slices of beef and lamb with pita bread, onions, tomatoes, and tzatziki sauce. Served with rice.
Souvlakia (Shish-ke-bobs) Plate: Two pork loin shish-ke-bobs seasoned with Greek Spices. Served with rice.
Roasted Chicken Plate: One half of a chicken slowly roasted with Greek seasonings. Served with rice.

Moussaka: A classic Greek dish. A casserole of ground beef, eggplant, zucchini and potatoes covered with a béchamel sauce.
Pastitsio: A casserole of ground beef, pasta and tomato sauce seasoned with onion and cinnamon then covered with a béchamel sauce.
Dolmathes: Tender grape leaves stuffed with ground beef, rice and herbs then covered with a light lemon sauce.
Spanakopita (spinach pie): Spinach, feta cheese, onions and seasonings between layers of flaky phyllo dough.
Tiropita (cheese pie): A combination of cheeses including feta between layers of flaky phyllo dough.
Gyro sandwich: Seasoned beef and lamb rolled in a pita bread with tomatoes, onions and tzatziki sauce.
Souvlaki (shish-ke-bob): Pork loin with Greek seasonings served with bread.
Greek Salad: Lettuce, cucumber, tomato, pepper, onions, Kalamata olive and feta cheese with a Greek olive oil dressing.

Baklava: Walnuts, butter and spices baked in layers of flaky phyllo dough and topped with a light honey syrup. This is the most popular of the Greek Pastries.
Katiaifi::Shredded phylo dough filled with chopped walnuts and spices topped with a light honey syrup.
Galaktobouriko: Layers of phyllo dough filled with a rich custard and topped with a light honey syrup.
Karithopita: Moist walnut cake topped with a light syrup.
Theples: Flaky rolled pastry dipped in a honey syrup and rolled in walnut chunks with spices.
Kourambiedes: Butter cookies sprinkled with powdered sugar.
